Company founder, Dr Neil Gibbs receives a Royal Society of Edinburgh Enterprise Fellowship.
2014
Dr Gibbs spins Curapella company out of the University of Manchester after raising investment to develop and clinically validate the patented research technologies.
2017
pellamex: Curapella’s ground breaking supplement, formulated for dry, sensitive, eczema-prone skin, is launched at the Royal Society of Medicine, London.
2018
Winner BBSRC ‘Commercial innovator of the year.’
2020
pelladerm, Curapella’s topical product for the relief of psoriasis and other dry skin conditions, is formulated prior to going into production. The company also starts development of a novel transdermal delivery platform.
2023
pellamex: Curapella’s ground breaking supplement, designed for dry, sensitive, eczema-prone skin, is reformulated and launched as easy-to-use effervescent tablets.
