How often should I take pellamex?
You should take pellamex every day.
How should I take pellamex?
Every day, you should add two pellamex tablets to a 200ml glass of tap water. Wait for the tablets to dissolve completely (stirring speeds this up) and then enjoy the berry-flavoured drink!
When should I take pellamex?
pellamex can be taken at any time of day. However, for the best results, take pellamex before breakfast on an empty stomach.
Where should I store pellamex?
pellamex effervescent tablets should be stored with the lid closed at room temperature. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Can I take too much pellamex?
Taking more than one dose of pellamex in a day will not increase or speed up its effects, as your body will get rid of the excess active ingredients, so there is no benefit to taking more than one dose in a day. If you take more than the stated dose of pellamex and an adverse reaction is observed then seek medical advice.
How long do I need to take pellamex before seeing visible results?
pellamex works naturally with your skin from within, so its effects will be gradual and build up over time. Our clinical studies suggest that you might have to take pellamex for 4 weeks before seeing visible results, but this will vary from person to person. As is the case for all skincare products, we cannot guarantee that pellamex is effective in every person.
What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to pellamex?
None of our ingredients are known to be allergens, so it is very unlikely that you should have an allergic reaction to pellamex. However, if you experience an allergic reaction, or any other undesirable effect, or if your condition worsens or persists, discontinue use immediately and consult your GP or pharmacist.

Who should take pellamex?
pellamex should be taken by adults who want a simple, natural and innovative way to moisturise their skin from the inside out. pellamex is especially ideal for those with dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin.
What age range is pellamex for?
pellamex is for adults over the age of 12. A paediatric version of pellamex will be available for purchase in 2024.
I am on medication, should I take pellamex?
You should consult your GP or pharmacist about starting pellamex if you are taking any medications. Do not take with medications that are affected by any of the ingredients in pellamex.
I am already taking food supplements, can I take pellamex as well?
You should consult your GP or pharmacist about taking pellamex if you are taking any other food supplements.
Can I take pellamex during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
pellamex is made using only safe and natural ingredients. However, as with other supplements, we do suggest that you talk to your doctor before using pellamex if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Does it work for psoriasis?
pellamex feeds your skin’s filaggrin and this helps bolster the natural moisturising factor of the skin, building up the skin’s barrier in the process. Although we have not conducted a clinical study looking at the effect of pellamex in psoriasis, it is understood that filaggrin levels are low in psoriatic skin. It may be the case that pellamex can provide benefits for psoriasis-prone skin, but we cannot say for sure.

What does pellamex taste like?
pellamex tablets produce a berry-flavoured drink when added to water.
Is pellamex suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes.
Does pellamex contain nuts?
No. pellamex does not contain peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia and Queensland nuts or products made from them.
Is pellamex gluten free?
Yes.
Is pellamex sugar free?
Yes.
Is pellamex kosher and halal?
pellamex is not strictly kosher or halal.
Is pellamex packaging recyclable?
The pellamex tablet tube is recyclable anywhere in the UK. The tube lid contains a desicant to keep the tablets fresh and should not be recycled.

How long does a tube of pellamex tablets last?
One week. Each tube contains 14 pellamex tablets and a daily dose is 2 tablets.

pellamex works with your skin to nourish it throughout this cycle with effects usually seen after 4 weeks of use.
